About AKLN Online Blended Learning Classes

Alaska’s Learning Network, our statewide coalition of schools, is pleased to announce that we are offering on-line courses through districts statewide.  These courses are offered in partnership with schools, to ensure funding stays within Alaska, and we address the needs of our students locally, as much as possible.

All teachers are from Alaskan districts, and highly qualified in their content area offered.  You will see the Made in Alaska symbol next to courses designed and delivered by Alaskan teachers, with the help of AKLN staff, the University of Alaska, and vetting with iNACOL (National Standards for Online Courses).  Other purchased courses are through e2020, with the assistance of Ketchikan Gateway Borough School District.

Classes with APS or the logo beside the course title qualify for the Alaska Performance Scholarship. To learn more about the scholarship click here.
